Consultation: First Session

To begin with, my initial focus will be sourcing the root cause of the issue. The initial consultation will be a 45-minute session in which a thorough medical history is taken, physical orthopaedic, postural and neurological testing is also completed, this will enable me to form a working diagnosis, though I can also refer externally for X-rays and MRI’s privately should those be required. We will get your first session of treatment to ensure you leave with a good idea of your issues and feeling a little better.

Further Sessions

In the second session, we run through my findings and come up with a plan of care to get you pain free and back to full health as soon as possible. I tailor the right plan for everyone’s differing needs, I don’t stick everyone on the same 6-week care plan regardless of their issues. Taking a personal approach allows me to get you better, sooner. In this session and all further sessions, treatment will be given.

Accompanying Treatment

To aid the treatment process, I can’t emphasise enough how important long-term habit changes are. There will be an exercise routine given and we will take time to go through posture and desk recommendations, dietary habits, and supplements to give you the best chance at sorting your issues.
